Crisis management
The objective of this training is to allow the firm to identify situations that might turn into a crisis, learn to prepare and implement a crisis management plan and learn to communicate should a crisis occur.
Over a period of one (1) day, this course reviews the various components that surround a crisis, presents different proven methodologies to prepare as well as effective management tools.

It is aimed at company executives (private or public), risk managers, contractors, brokers and insurers or controllers.
